The company released a poster presentation detailing work undertaken through its collaboration with Brisbane-based medical research institute QIMR Berghofer. Nova Minerals Ltd (ASX:NVA, NASDAQ:NVA, FRA:QM3) announced a significant step forward in its proposed redomiciliation to the United States after the Supreme Court of New South Wales approved schemes of arrangement involving shareholders and Nasdaq-listed warrant holders.

The schemes will facilitate the acquisition of all issued Nova Minerals shares and listed warrants by newly incorporated US holding company Nova Minerals Corp, which will become the group's parent entity.

The schemes are expected to become legally effective following lodgement of court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Subject to that occurring, Nova shares are expected to be suspended from ASX trading from the close of trade on June 3.

The restructuring is aimed at aligning the company's corporate structure with its growing US investor base and North American operations.
